  KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

1.   Product Development & Technical Design

·     Lead the design process from concept to final production, ensuring products align with the brand’s vision.

·     Develop technical drawings, construction details, and fitting adjustments to ensure superior wearability.

·     Work closely with pattern makers, graphic team and production teams to refine garment structure and proportions.

2.   Material & Fabric Innovation

·     RnD high-performance materials that enhance comfort, durability, and functionality.

·     Collaborate with sourcing teams to explore innovative fabric solutions while balancing cost efficiency.

3.   Fit & Wearability Optimization

·     Oversee fitting sessions & ensure all designs maintain a consistent fit across sizes, catering to diverse body types while keeping a modern silhouette.

4.   Functionality & User-Centric Design

·     Incorporate ergonomic and practical details into designs to enhance the daily wearing experience.

Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine product performance and appeal.


JOB REQUIREMENT:

1.    Strong expertise in garment construction, fitting techniques, and fabric selection.

2.    Proficiency in technical design software (Illustrator, CLO 3D, or similar) will be a plus

3.    Deep understanding of mass production processes while maintaining a distinct brand identity.

4.    Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to balance aesthetics, functionality, and cost efficiency.

5.    Passion for creating versatile, everyday fashion that offers superior comfort and style.
